S I T A - Sociedade Industrial de Tintas, SA, is a Cape Verdean company established in 1983 with a current Share Capital of 490 (four hundred ninety) million Cape Verdean escudos.

It’s dedicated to the production and marketing of PAINTS, VARNISHES, PRIMERS, DILUENT, White Glues and related products, which are manufactured licensed by CIN – Corporação Industrial do Norte, S.A., a Portuguese company with high international reputation.

With manufacturing facilities in the Industrial Area of Tira - Chapéu, in the City of Praia, and two Commercial Delegations, in Mindelo – one on the island of São Vicente, and another one in Espargos – on Sal Island, SITA carries out its business activity in all the islands, with the support of a broad network of resellers.

Through a series of European trading partners, including CIN, which has a prominent position, SITA has ensured the regular supply of raw materials and packaging, as well as technical support necessary for its normal functioning.

SITA, the first industrial unit set up in Cape Verde, after the country’s independence in 1975, has been implementing an ambitious development plan in order to meet the expectations created around it.
